Manufacturer Record of Stock

We will be sending out forms with instructions to everyone a couple of weeks before the event.
ServeSafe Training Required
ALL pourers are required to have ServeSafe training or comparable in order to serve samples at ECCF.
You MAY be asked to prove certification during a liquor inspection, so please make sure to bring the proper paperwork.
Financial Compensation + Ticket Collection
East Coast Cider Festival compensates participating cideries at $1/sample ticket collected.
We will be providing bags for final collection. You SHOULD bring a jar or bin to collect tickets during the actual event.
Table Set-up
Everyone will have a skirted 6ft. table + an additional 6ft. workstation table as well.
If you do not require tables or have unique requirements, please let us know.

Bringing additional lighting for your booth is encouraged. This will be especially beneficial during the evening session.
Battery-powered rechargeable LED is the ideal set-up.

Glass Rinsing
While there will be several rinse stations at the event, you should bring a glass rinsing set-up for your booth.
